Kim, Senior Care Assistant and Becky, Care Assistant had lots of wonderful things to say including &#8220;This is the best care home I&#8217;ve worked in&#8221; and &#8220;the atmosphere is fun&#8221;. They also went on to speak about some key features in our home including our beautiful communal spaces, person centered care and much more.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><em>Person-Centered\u00a0Care<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A person-centered approach means putting people at the heart of their care. Respecting each individual&#8217;s particular ideals and taking into account the individual&#8217;s tastes, needs, and desires.<\/p>\n<p>At Old Sarum Manor we build everything around the people that live with us, from developing their personalised care plan to creating an <a href=\"https:\/\/elmfieldcare.co.uk\/old-sarum-manor\/life-at-old-sarum-manor\/activities\/\">activities programme<\/a> that has something everyone can look forward to and enjoy.\u00a0 From meal times to fun times, our people-centered approach reflects your likes and needs.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><em>Beautiful Communal Spaces<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Our state-of-the-art <a href=\"https:\/\/elmfieldcare.co.uk\/old-sarum-manor\/life-at-old-sarum-manor\/amenities\/\">amenities<\/a> include a Cinema, Sky Bar, Hair &amp; Beauty Salon, Library, Landscaped Gardens, Garden Room, Tea Room and a wide range of beautiful communal spaces.<\/p>\n<p>A very popular spot and the hub of Old Sarum Manor is our Tea Room, and it\u2019s not only because of all the delicious cakes on offer! As well as regular coffee mornings, the tea room also hosts our baking and arts and\u00a0crafts sessions. You can even try something completely new here, like creating floral displays or enjoy a lunch on the balcony. There is always something to appreciate in the Tea Room, regardless of the time you choose to visit.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><em>Hand-Picked Caring Staff<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">We are very proud of our wonderful team of well-trained staff, who are our greatest asset and provide loving care to our residents.
