We are delighted to have been recognised by our residents, relatives, and professionals on the carehome.co.uk platform for being one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carehome.co.uk\/awards\/\">Top 20 Small Care Home Groups in the UK.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to look after our residents in the best way possible so that they can live a happy and fulfilled life in our <a href=\"https:\/\/elmfieldcare.co.uk\/life-at-elmfield\/amenities\/\">Five Star luxury homes<\/a>. We take pride in our outstanding levels of care and service and our handpicked staff share the same values.<\/p>\n<p>Here are just a couple of reviews that have touched us, written on carehome.co.uk from Old Sarum Manor and Flowers Manor Care Home family members<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I cannot speak highly enough of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carehome.co.uk\/carehome.cfm\/searchazref\/65432242138\">Flowers Manor Care Home<\/a>. The standard of care, the cleanliness, the attention to fine detail, the amenities, the focus on health, well-being and good old fun, the sensitivity, understanding and compassion are without compare. Flowers Manor is the standard to which\u00a0<\/em><em>every care home should aspire. And, like everything in life, it all comes down to the people. From the management to every individual member of staff, it is impossible to mistake the dedication they have to their job and the care and love they have for those in their charge. I cannot imagine how my loved one could have better, more genuine and considerate care.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.carehome.co.uk\/carehome.cfm\/searchazref\/65432239320\">This care home<\/a> is outstanding in every dimension of its policies, its operation and in the care it gives its residents. It is an example that others can and should learn from. Thus the warmth and helpfulness of the reception area set the tone in this new purpose-built facility with 5* quality in the\u00a0build, in its tranquillity and in the design of the en suite bedrooms. The food is of the highest quality with a full imaginative programme of activities especially for those on the memory floor &#8211; note the terminology, it is NOT called the dementia floor. There the residents are treated with respect from the competent, passionate and compassionate staff with every individual need being addressed. The relationship with the carers of the residents is exceptional with attention given to their needs as well as to their loved ones. The word \u2018love\u2019 is expressed in all the detail of the day to day work in the home and I cannot commend it highly enough for all it does for everyone.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We have a strong ethos of care, service and treating our residents, relatives and <a href=\"https:\/\/elmfieldcare.co.uk\/careers\/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyuO2n6Pv8gIVBonICh1BkwreEAAYASACEgL2NPD_BwE\">Team<\/a> as family and we are immensely proud.
