We are delighted that the Government guidelines just announced allow relatives to visit and hold the hands of their loved ones in residential care homes. We are firm proponents of the benefits to families of visiting and are pleased to support a more normal form of visiting.

Old Sarum Manor remains open to new residents (for long stays, short stays, respite or convalescing), as well as maintaining visits for our residents.

Whilst the guidelines still require COVID testing and the use of PPE, the guidelines allow one nominated visitor to visit indoors in the care home on a repeat basis. Additional members of family or friends are still able to visit using the safety of our modified garden room.

There remain some other rules over visiting and we are very happy to discuss these on an individual basis. Please contact the home on the details below or via the Chat link on this website.
