Meet Michael Berkley-Blezard, General Manager

Hi there, I’m Mike. I started working in the care industry as a care assistant, working with vulnerable adults and supporting them to maximise their quality of life. I am passionate and dedicated to the promotion of resident independence and self autonomy where possible. I  have managed care homes for  over 20 years. I continue to serve the vulnerable by shaping teams and environments where people thrive. I have developed my skills and experience helping people with Brain Injuries, Learning Difficulties, those experiencing life changing injuries, and the care of the elderly. Learning and development is essential to ensure the team demonstrate adaptability and resilience in an ever changing world.  We offer care for people on their dementia journey, and those wishing to receive additional support in their every day lives.  We offer respite and permanent care, lets chat. I look forward to meeting you, and welcome you to old Sarum Manor, a place a care and quality.
