Residents, staff, and visitors unite to cycle 156 miles for the Care Workers Charity during a fun-filled week
This week, Old Sarum Manor Care Home proudly participated in Care Home Open Week by taking part in the Great British Care Cycle Relay. Our goal was to cycle a total of 156 miles, traveling from Salisbury to Chippenham and Lydney from the comfort of our own home.
To make the event engaging for everyone, we placed an exercise bike in our reception area, inviting staff, residents, and visitors to join in the fun. The atmosphere has been lively and spirited, with plenty of laughter and encouragement as we work together to reach our distance goal.
It’s been a wonderful week filled with activity, community spirit, and purpose, all in support of a great cause. We’re proud of everyone’s participation and the positive energy that has made this event so special at Old Sarum Manor.
