There’s something for everyone on our day trip programme, from frequent local excursions for those who like to get out and about to exploring further afield for a special interest, such as sport or heritage. Day trips are designed to fit the likes and needs of our residents, so there will always be something that’s just right for you.
When it’s time to push the boat out and make someone feel special, our team are on hand to help you with whatever you need. You might want to give one of our residents a surprise birthday afternoon or celebrate by inviting a loved one to visit you for a cup of tea and slice of cake – with cakes and candles, balloons and flowers, we’ll help you make it an occasion to remember.
We make sure that there is always something to look forward to with our themed days. Reflecting the big global events, like the Olympics, our themed events include special menus, quizzes and games. We also host pop up restaurant events, such as Curry Night or a BBQ when the gardens are at their best in the summer.
