Elmfield Care Operations Director Celebrates One Year Anniversary
Sheila Johnston – Operations Director, Celebrated One Year at Elmfield Care.
Sheila joined us as Operations Director in February 2023, bringing with her 40 years of expertise in the care industry. She has worked in several settings, including residential, nursing, hospitals and in the community. Her cast experience includes multi-site management as a Regional/Area Manager, CQC Inspector, and certified Social Worker, all of which have allowed her to provide high-quality, safe care to all individuals.
Sheila is a very motivated team member who has become an excellent asset and we are very fortunate to have her on our team.
