To ensure that all staff are paid on time and correctly, Elmfield use electronic timesheets and a seamless payroll system that ensures the money arrives in accounts when it is supposed to and is correct to the penny. There are enhanced rates for bank holiday and every Elmfield employee is welcomed on to the company pension scheme. If and when staff need to travel for business purposes, such as assessments or training, mileage expenses are reimbursed at full rate.
