Autumn Halloween Harvest Celebrations at Nodens Manor
This Halloween we invited residents families to join us for a Halloween Harvest Celebration. Everyone tucked into a delicious Roast Beef served with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For dessert Pumpkin Pudding was served with caramel sauce.
Many sweet treats were served throughout the day like these spooky cupcakes.
We took pleasure in discussing our favourite things about this time of year with one another. The flavours of Autumn, the hearty comfort food, and curling up with a hot beverage.
Throughout the event we also started making our ‘Guys’ for Guy Fawkes weekend, and had some fun with a Pumpkin Pinata….Even Sheila, our Operations director got involved!
Feedback from our guests:
“I just wanted to congratulate you all and say how much mum enjoyed the Halloween party, which naturally makes me very happy in turn, as she has been feeling very down lately. It seemed to be enjoyed by everyone there and the atmosphere was very jolly. The lunch was also delicious, so thank you very much indeed for this uplifting event.”
