    Flowers Manor is a new, luxury, purpose-built home that has all the equipment and furnishings you'd expect and more in a new home. The home is situated in Chippenham Wiltshire.

    The role of the Interim Care Manager is an extremely important one within a care home. You will be supporting the Senior General Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the care home although the key focus of the role is to lead the team in promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    · To supervise, monitor and evaluate the care delivered to resident’s

    · Checking legal and regulatory requirements are met along with the high levels expected within the care home.

    · Developing and reviewing resident care plans and

    · Supporting the wider team to develop their skills in this area.

    As a minimum requirement, you will need to hold NVQ 3 or working towards QCF level 5. You will also need to hold experience of working in elderly residential care homes.

    Night Care Team Leader

    Flowers Manor is looking for a Night Care Team Leader to join our Team.

    Flowers Manor is a new, luxury purpose-built home with all the facilities and equipment you would expect and more in a new home.

    We have great residents and Team, of which we are looking to grow with caring, professional people who enjoy their role and bring smiles and laughter into the home.

    Flowers Manor is one of three homes owned by Elmfield Care, which is a young, vibrant company looking after our Aged Residential and Dementia Care community.

    · We take pride in our ethos, the quality of the care and facilities that we have, operating out of brand new purpose-built luxury care homes within the South West.

    · We have been awarded the Top 20 Small Care Group carehome.co.uk award several years running.

    · The homes are fabulous and have lots of themed rooms from Cinema, Bar, Tea room, Garden room and Hairdressers, as well as lovely gardens.

    We train and pay our Teams well and our homes are fun and enjoyable in which to live and work. Our Teams are passionate and caring and want any candidate to be the same.

    As Night Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for the home and your Team of Seniors and Care Assistants. Your role will include;

    · Supporting the Night Care Team in their roles in keeping our residents cared for, safe and happy

    · Ensuring we are operating within all regulatory guidelines and best practice

    · Medication

    · Liaison with GP’s, District Nurses, Response Team and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

    · Be alert to residents physical and mental well-being, acting on any changes and ensuring all records are updated accurately

    · Be available should a resident just want at chat during the night

    · Care notes and care plan updates for your residents

    · Staff appraisals and aspects of administration

    We have lots of equipment, a home built for care and easy to use electronic care systems to make your job easier and less frustrating, so you can spend quality time with your residents, in a fantastic environment.

    · Hours: 42 hours per week, based on a 8pm – 8am, 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off over a 6-week rota.

    You should have:

    · At least one year’s experience in a Senior Care or Leader position

    · NVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification

    · Experience of managing and developing a Team
