We received an exciting surprise at Flowers Manor today.
Before Christmas some of our residents with the help from our amazing care team wrote a personal letter to Her Majesty the Queen wishing her a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
Today they all received personal letters from the Queens Lady-in-Waiting, thanking them for the thoughtful letter which made them all extremely happy. This is a memory that they will cherish forever and can pass this letter from generation to generation for their families to tell their story of when the Queen wrote to them!
