After weeks of preparation, the residents formally requested an official light switch-on ceremony to celebrate their hard work.
On a wintry afternoon, friends, family, and staff gathered in the reception area, where the aroma of mulled wine and freshly baked mince pies filled the air. Laughter and chatter created a warm atmosphere, highlighting the strong bonds within the community.
The much-anticipated moment arrived as Senior General Manager Esther took center stage, ready to ignite the festive display. With a flick of a switch, the room erupted in applause and cheerful cheers as the Christmas lights illuminated the surroundings, casting a magical glow for all to enjoy.
