Our team at Flowers Manor is preparing to throw open the doors this July to welcoming family, friends and relatives to join us for a summer party.
Our Chippenham Home is set in beautifully landscaped gardens which are fabulous all year round but really come into their own in the summer. We’ll be using our outdoor space to great effect on our summer party as we open our home to all of our resident’s friends and family members.
Our staff are enjoying preparing for the big day, with plans taking shape and excitement growing already. Flowers Manor is home to many happy residents and we work closely with our residents – we can’t wait to welcome them together with their relatives to join us.
The summer party will take place on Saturday 22 July, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm
A Day With a Difference
While days at Flowers Manor are filled with activities, such as arts and craft club, quiz night and days out, there’s always something special about welcoming new faces in to join us.
As with most special days at Flowers Manor, food plays an important part and our July summer party is no exception. With high hopes for good weather, our summer party BBQ will see our residents and their guests take to our gardens to dine al fresco. With chef and their team working the coals, there’ll be plenty of delicious char-grilled treats on offer, with fabulous sides. Of course, there will be some sweet treats to complete our outdoor dining.
Fun for Everyone
One of the most important parts of life at Flowers Manor is making sure that everyone feels at home with us. Our summer party is no exception, with special events in place to appeal to children aged from 0 to 99. Our face painter will be creating a jungle full of lions and tigers, oceans brimming with dolphins and mermaids with the odd Disney princess on offer and rainbows and sparkles aplenty.
There will be some gentle games and activities to get us working together as one big team, with lots of fun to be had. We’re thrilled to have an entertainer coming to visit us on the day – something that our residents love!
